Returns and exchanges are accepted up to thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

For the Love of Coffee will accept returns for credit or returns for replacement only for merchandise that is defective within thirty (30) days for the customer's date of purchase. In the event a non-defective machine is returned, a twenty (20%) percent restocking fee will apply. All returns after thirty (30) days from date of purchase and within the warranty period will be repaired under warranty and returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for freight charges to Saeco USA, Inc. Once the product is received, Saeco USA, Inc. will repair under warranty and return the product to the customer free of charge. The buyer's original invoice is required for all returns. If you need to return a product it is absolutely necessary to call us or send us an e-mail to request a Return Authorization Number. This authorization number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton. Please note that we will not accept packages that do not have an assigned Return Authorization Number. All returned items must be in perfect condition and have all the parts/accessories, manuals/videos, warranty card and other parts/items included.
